I grew up here in Albuquerque before moving out to the East Mountains, with my parents and four siblings, when I was in middle school. I loved my childhood here, where I was able to experience the beauty of New Mexico while learning the value of hard work and compassion from my parents. One of my first jobs was tossing pizzas at everyone’s favorite local pizza place, Dion’s.
I graduated from Moriarty High School where I spent a lot of my time playing soccer and performing with the “Messengers” show choir. My senior year of high school was when I decided I wanted to become a dentist. I pursued that goal while attending the University of New Mexico and Brigham Young University, studying music and fish biology, graduating with a degree in biology in 2008.
I attended the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco, California, where I graduated with honors. Returning to Albuquerque, I completed a residency at UNM, where I received advanced training in dental implants, oral surgery, sedation dentistry and cosmetic dentistry. Since completing my residency, I have been practicing in the Albuquerque area and in 2022 co-founded the ABQ Dental Implant Center.
